If you need a transcript MAILED or EXPEDITED, see the charges listed below.
 
To request one or more transcripts, please submit this TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM. If all you need is emailed transcripts, that's all you need to do.
 
If you request that transcripts be mailed/expedited, you can pay for that here.
